Terms

Version: 2026-10-26 · Effective: 26 October 2026

Who we are

THROWCADE is operated by THROWCADE LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 17536688. Registered office: 23 Sandpiper Drive, Erith, England, DA8 2NH. Contact: support@throwcade.com.

These terms cover our websites and apps. When we ask you to accept them, your agreement is separate from optional recording, analytics and marketing choices. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information.

Playing and sharing

You may use the features available to your account for personal, family, club or coaching activities. Keep your account secure and supervise younger players. Follow our Community Rules, use the service lawfully and respect other people’s privacy. Do not bypass access controls, disrupt the service or impersonate others.

You can record and share your gameplay, results and commentary, including in monetised creator content. Keep other players’ private information out of recordings and respect separately licensed third-party material. This permission does not allow selling or distributing the app or its assets as a separate product.

Testing and camera scoring

Features marked as testing or in development may change, contain errors or become unavailable. Camera scoring can miss a dart or get a score or order wrong; check results and use the correction controls. Do not rely on experimental scores to settle wagers. Use real darts responsibly, with a clear throwing area and suitable supervision.

We will use reasonable care and skill to provide the service. We do not promise uninterrupted access or perfect scoring. Testing status does not remove your consumer rights. Any future paid offer will explain its price and purchase terms before you pay.

Your content and optional recordings

You keep the rights you have in your content. We do not claim ownership of a score just because the app calculated it. You allow us to store and display content as needed to provide the features you choose, including sharing with other players when you use online or social features.

Optional diagnostic recording is a separate choice. Camera permission alone does not authorise saving a diagnostic recording, and recording permission does not authorise an upload. Each diagnostic upload needs your action.

When you choose an upload after being shown its improvement purpose, you permit us and our service providers to store, review, copy and label it to investigate faults and train and test automatic scoring. This permission is non-exclusive and royalty-free. It does not let us sell your recording or use it in advertising. Stop recording in Settings, or contact us to withdraw permission for shared material. Future consent-based use stops and deletion is handled as explained in the Privacy Policy; withdrawal does not undo earlier lawful use.

Our software and other materials

The app, artwork, branding and scoring models are protected by rights held by their respective owners and licensors. You may use them as part of normal app operation, including downloading and storing files the app needs. Separately licensed components retain their own terms.

Without permission, do not extract, redistribute or sell protected app assets or models, remove their ownership notices, or harvest them or their outputs to develop another scoring system. These restrictions do not prevent ordinary play, sharing your results, reporting faults, independent development or acts the law permits, including applicable software study, testing and interoperability rights. We do not claim ownership of facts or general ideas.

Access, changes and complaints

You can stop using THROWCADE at any time and request account deletion. We may restrict access for misuse or a breach of these terms. Where practical, we will explain the reason and allow a minor problem to be put right; serious abuse or an immediate security risk may require prompt action. Contact us if you think a decision is mistaken.

We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms and ask you to accept them before they apply to continued account use. We will also give reasonable notice of service closure where practical. Changes do not retrospectively expand permission to use your content or personal information.

Responsibility and your rights

We are responsible for reasonably foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss. For personal use, this does not include business losses such as lost profits or business opportunities.

Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Your statutory consumer rights remain intact.

Please send complaints to support@throwcade.com. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You retain mandatory consumer protections and any right to bring proceedings in the courts where you live.
