These rules cover names, profiles, shared content and interactions in THROWCADE. Accounts are for people aged 13 and over. Younger players can join supervised local games using an adult-managed account; use nicknames and keep their private information out of shared content. Read these rules before choosing a public name.
Keep play welcoming
- Use respectful names and behaviour. Do not harass, threaten, bully, impersonate or target another person.
- Do not share hate speech, discriminatory abuse, sexual or exploitative content, graphic violence, or content that puts a child at risk. Sexual content is not permitted in public names or other shared content.
- Do not reveal another person’s private information, including contact details, addresses or images, without their permission.
- Do not post illegal content, scams, spam, misleading links or material you do not have the right to share.
- Do not use profiles, invitations or online games to evade a block or repeatedly contact someone who does not want contact.
Report and block
Use the in-app Report action on a player or shared content if it breaks these rules. Choose a reason and, when the form asks, describe what happened. You can enter up to 500 characters of detail. Include enough for us to find the issue, but do not send passwords or unnecessary private information. Use Block to stop direct social contact from a player. You can also email support@throwcade.com, especially if you cannot access the app. For an immediate safety emergency, contact your local emergency services.
How we respond
We review reports and take proportionate action. Depending on the issue, we may remove or change content, restrict social features, suspend an account or refer serious unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities. We may act without a report when we identify a problem ourselves. Repeated or severe breaches can lead to longer restrictions. If you think we made a mistake, contact support@throwcade.com with your username and an explanation.
