Delete your THROWCADE account

Last updated: 26 October 2026

You can request deletion of your THROWCADE Play and website account, and the personal data associated with it, without reinstalling the Android app.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@throwcade.com from the email address on your THROWCADE account. Use the subject Delete my THROWCADE account.
  2. If you cannot use that email address, tell us your THROWCADE username and that you have lost access. We will explain another way to verify ownership. Never send us your password.
  3. We will acknowledge the request, verify account ownership where needed, and tell you when deletion is complete or whether a limited record must be retained for a lawful reason.

What deletion covers

The request covers your account and associated Play data, including profile and character information, saved games, social connections, saved Moments and their images, linked startup records, analytics and related diagnostic data we can identify. We will delete or de-identify associated data, except information we must retain for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons. We will explain any such exception in our response. Older or anonymous records may need a device, session or upload reference to locate them. We will tell you if we cannot reliably match a record. Shared match records involving other players may need individual review before removal.

Delete particular data and keep your account

You can also ask us to delete particular information without deleting your account. Email support@throwcade.com from your account email with the subject Delete particular THROWCADE data. Tell us which information you mean, such as a diagnostic upload, scoring correction, saved Moment, saved game or social connection. Include a session or upload reference if you have one. If you cannot use your account email, tell us your username and that you need another way to verify ownership. Do not send a password or camera images as proof.

We will verify ownership, review the records we can identify and tell you what was deleted or de-identified. We may need to keep a limited support, security or shared-game record for a lawful reason. If so, we will explain what remains, why and the expected retention period in our response. Diagnostic uploads and scoring corrections do not currently have a fixed automatic retention period; you can request deletion of identifiable records at any time.

Uninstalling the Android app does not delete your server-side account and may leave web data in your browser. Clearing site data for play.throwcade.com removes locally stored web data, but does not delete your account. You can also request deletion through Privacy Controls in My Account. Requests are normally answered within one month; we explain any lawful extension. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
